l1444 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the l1444 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by them in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering with, or using the l1444 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and by l1444's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and l1444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the l1444 platform.
These Terms apply to all services offered by l1444, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, and bingo. l1444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Use of the l1444 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. Registration or use of the platform by any person who does not meet these criteria is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account at the time of closure.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. l1444 does not permit minors or individuals under the age of 21 to register or place any bets or wagers on the platform.
- You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a professional gambler operating through the platform for commercial purposes.
- You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of l1444 or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or software providers.
l1444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify a Player's eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by l1444 may result in the suspension or closure of the Player's account.
3. Account Registration and Management
To access the full features of l1444, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. l1444 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time. Provision of false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify l1444 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
- Each Player is permitted to hold only one account on the l1444 platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods or devices — is a material breach of these Terms.
- You must not share your account with any third party, transfer funds between accounts, or allow any third party to access or use your account.
- l1444 may close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred or where it is required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.
- Upon account closure for any reason, l1444 will return any remaining genuine player funds to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of applicable fees or bonuses.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
l1444 accepts deposits from Players via a range of payment methods available to users in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and supported Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others as updated from time to time. Deposits are credited to the Player's account in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
Withdrawals are subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC) as required by l1444's security and compliance procedures. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used by the Player to make deposits into their l1444 account, subject to availability and minimum withdrawal thresholds. l1444 does not accept or return funds to third-party accounts.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the l1444 platform from time to time and may vary by payment method.
- Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or mobile money provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. l1444 does not charge fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions.
- All deposits must be made from payment accounts or mobile wallets that are in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where practicable.
- l1444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used.
Funds in a Player's l1444 account do not accrue interest. l1444 is not a bank and does not hold funds as a financial institution. Player funds held in the platform are held separately from l1444's operating funds for the purpose of protecting player balances.
5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
l1444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, or other incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the absence of specific terms, the general bonus policy set out in this section applies.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the rollover requirement) before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings will be permitted. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. l1444 reserves the right to limit or refuse bonus offers where it suspects abuse.
- Bonus funds may only be used on the games or categories specified in the relevant promotion. Free spins winnings may be subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- l1444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
- Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, abuse of matched betting strategies, or any coordinated scheme to extract value from promotions, is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Players must use the l1444 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all bets and bonuses, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other technological tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, including sharing hole cards in live poker, coordinating bets, or any other form of cheating.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any way, including continuing to play after becoming aware of a technical fault that affects game outcomes.
- Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment details to fund an account.
l1444 may report suspected fraudulent or illegal activity to the relevant authorities. Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be voided, and l1444 may recover any losses incurred as a result of such conduct.
7. Game Rules, Technical Errors, and Dispute Resolution
Each game available on l1444 is governed by its own rules as published within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the specific game rules prevail with respect to the conduct of that game. l1444 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed on a game where a technical error has affected the integrity of the outcome, regardless of whether the error was in the Player's favour or against it.
Any dispute regarding a game result, transaction, or account decision must be submitted to l1444 customer support in writing within seven (7) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be considered. l1444 will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of l1444's compliance team on any dispute is final and binding, subject to any applicable statutory rights the Player may have.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the l1444 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of l1444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the l1444 platform without express written permission from l1444.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, l1444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if l1444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. l1444's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident.
l1444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. l1444 makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
10. Responsible Gaming
l1444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings, including the ability to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion options for Players who wish to temporarily or permanently suspend their access to the platform. 11. Amendments to These Terms
l1444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, l1444 will endeavour to notify registered Players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number associated with the Player's account. The amended Terms will take effect from the date of publication. If you continue to use the l1444 platform after the effective date of any amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through l1444's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration. By using the l1444 platform, you acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable to you.
